Two down, 18 to go...

Lois has been "teething" - aka drooling and chewing - for months now but finally got down to the nitty gritty and cut her first two teeth in the end of January.  Since about this time she has been a serious cranky pants!  Where did my happy little girl go?  Has she been kidnapped by UFO's?  I keep thinking back to Lois' last doctors appointment when he said, "20 teeth in 20 months."  Twenty months?!??!!!!  AHHH!  I'm frightened she's gone forever...or at least until that 20th tooth comes in and this irritability finally hits the road.
(I realize that she is still actually pretty pleasant despite this ailment.  I guess I'm just not used to it.)  If it persists, I think I'll be sending her to Grandma for a few weeks.  :-)

Here she is showing 'em off and waving to the camera, although she doesn't realize she's waving to the camera.  Such a cutie pants.
(enlarge the picture and you can really see them)

Is it really time for another haircut already?  Man, I feel like I just cut it like three weeks ago!  Every time I brush her hair to the side to get it out of her eyes I think of all the nurses that were certain Lois would lose all her hair.  I'm still waiting...

Jason and I took a trip to the Mesa Temple last Saturday.
Lois had a blast walking the temple grounds.

Happy girl

Jason and Lois hanging out together

So you know that little thing called details?  If I had paid any attention, I would have realized that my temple recommend had expired in November.  Needless to say, I didn't realize this until I was denied from going into the temple.  Whoops!  So, we drove 100 miles to enjoy the beautiful landscaping and flowers on the grounds.   It was a great day anyway and we enjoyed hanging out all together as a family.

It amazes me that Lois is getting so much bigger. Her hair is still out of control, but amazing!

You guys SO need to come see us! ANd we REALLY want to come see you too! As soon as Bryce found out that we could visit the town of Tombstone during a visit to see you, he was like "Bonus!" So hopefully that can happen soon.
How long does it take to get to Tucson from St George??

She is beautiful! And the teeth thing is a total conundrum...you never know what the deal is until their teeth are through and then half the time you think it is their teeth, you don't see them for weeks. I guess really any crankiness can be blamed on teething. I like that one.

Fun to "see" you too! Your girl is a doll- what a cute face to wake up to! Arizona in the winter- a great place to be! And I agree with your earlier post about Obama disgruntles! Why are we doing them again?!
